Our Roots
I am the daughter of an artisan. My mother, our illustrious eponym (fondly called Didaá), instilled in me my love and passion for handcrafted goods.
I am a leather crafter; in love with the sweet smell of vegetable tanned leather, enamored by the ornate tools used to craft leather into functional designs, and captivated by a heritage that goes back centuries.
It’s with that in mind that I created Didaá HandCrafted- an upscale bespoke leather goods company that creates forward classic, yet understated designs, utilizing old world techniques. Classic lines, traditional practices and contemporary designs are at the helm of our brand.
At Didaá HandCrafted, we do not seek perfection but the skill and art that comes from a handcrafted one of a kind art piece; most importantly, we take pride in knowing that no two customers will ever have the exact same piece.
